Born and raised in Houston, Texas , Alan grew up working in his families’ restaurant business that they operated for more than 50 years.  “I learned early in life that our customers were the key to our success.”  This still carries forward today.  Whether listing a home or helping a first time buyer locate their dream house, Alan continues to make sure that his “customers” are informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Having attended college in Austin, Texas, Alan returned to Houston where he married his wife Tanis , and started his own small business.  Together Alan and Tanis started investing in residential real estate and Alan soon discovered his true passion.  After a decade as a successful small business owner and real estate investor, Alan and Tanis decided to move their family to Austin where Alan quickly achieved top sales status for a major Austin area condominium conversion project.  

 Alan, his wife Tanis and their daughter live in the Lakeway area.  When not at the office or working with clients, Alan can be found running, playing golf, fishing or simply enjoying time with his family and the outdoors.

Alan is an LTMC Master Instructor and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission, San Marcos Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Services.
